The brief
Office Furniture Group was appointed by our client, GB Office Furniture, to carry out a large-scale clearance of 100 rooms at Magdalen College.
The project required the efficient removal of unwanted furniture while identifying opportunities to reuse items wherever possible.
A Sustainable Approach
Rather than treating all furniture as waste, our team assessed what could be given a second life.
As a result, furniture from 20 rooms was saved and donated to charity, helping keep usable office furniture in circulation rather than sending it for disposal.
This was a particularly rewarding outcome and demonstrated the value of considering reuse as part of a commercial office clearance.
